I led the strategic outreach and collaboration between INITIA Real Estate and residential designer Jamie Banfield, identifying him as a key creative partner aligned with INITIA’s lifestyle-driven brand.
I secured a multi-channel partnership that included Jamie as a speaker at the INITI8 Real Estate Conference, as well as collaborative content for social media and INITIA Life Magazine.
Collaborating closely with INITIA’s Marketing Director and Jamie, I helped shape editorial-style content that translated his design philosophy into visually cohesive storytelling, strengthening INITIA’s brand presence and delivering value to its realtor network and audience.
The social media strategy for this collaboration was developed to ensure alignment between editorial content and social media execution. It outlined visual direction, tone, layout considerations, and content goals, providing a clear framework for how the articles would be represented across social platforms. The strategy ensured that each post reflected both Jamie Banfield’s design sensibility and INITIA’s brand identity, while remaining adaptable for ongoing content series.







Social media content for the Jamie Banfield collaboration was designed to extend the editorial articles authored by Jamie Banfield for INITIA Life Magazine. Through clean layouts, intentional image selection, and clear visual hierarchy, the content was crafted to feel refined, editorial, and consistent over time. Each post functioned both as a standalone asset and as part of a cohesive content system, supporting long-term brand storytelling rather than one-off promotion.
